It is hard to imagine a more perfect installation in (NYC) Central Park, in February. The harsh, cold gray days and the inspiration of the city’s hum and commotion, its’ never ending bustle, such ongoing activity; always prevalent in this marvelous city. The bright color creates an appropriate contrast to the wintry and overcast backdrop. February is the month of my birthday and a very chilly albeit superb time to be in NYC. How absolutely right to see a piece of art such as this, and to celebrate two fabulous artists, Christo and Jeanne-Claude.
